We loved the hotel's location in a peaceful area away from local city noise. It was convenient for us as it was close to the places we needed to visit. Also, we appreciated the fact that the hotel was in a shopping complex where we could easily get everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel facilities were clean.

The staff was really nice, but the best part was that the shower was working perfectly and for the first time in one month I could use it instead of the bucket.
My only real minus is the location, it is so far from the Golden temple. Also it was kind of really noisy at night, it seems like they were undergoing some works but I think they should have done it during the day not at midnight.

Great location! Easy walking access to the main shopping area and tourist attractions. Friendly and hospitable staff who go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The hotel offers delicious food and has a spacious parking. Rooms are spacious and can accommodate a family of four.
Old bathrooms definitely needs an upgrade. Basic renovation required in some places.

This hotel is worth every penny. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great value for money. The location is perfect, right near the biggest shopping centre where everything is available for any generation. It's in a posh area with great food options and a nearby market. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and come with all the necessary amenities.

Location couldn't be better, in the middle of everything and close to public transport. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great and much appreciated.
The rooms were in need of a bit of a refresh - outdated decor and stained carpet. , the hot water wasn't consistent and at times was only lukewarm.
